Up for sale is an excellent and uncommon macro lens, the Vivitar 135mm f/2.8 Auto Telephoto Close Focusing lens. This cult classic lens is manufactured by the Komine corporation, considered the best of the Vivitar manufact\ures, as indicated by the serial number beginning in "08." With the 90mm Auto Telephoto macro and 55mm Auto Macro, this lens comprises 1/3 of the so-called "holy trinity" of Komine-made Vivitar macros. It is capable of extremely sharp 1:2 macro images, with fantastic color and clarity. Lens is in lovely vintage condition with light exterior wear only. Glass is free of scratches/haze/fungus, and mechanics are in excellent condition. Includes Vivitar front cap (small dent in cap) This lens features the Olympus OM mount which can be used natively on Olympus film SLRs. It also can easily be adapted for manual use on most popular DSLR, and mirrorless formats with an inexpensive adapter ring (sold separately, see chart below for digital compatibility).
